POSSIBLY THE MOST UNIQUE AND SIMPLE INVENTION FOR THE COMMERCIAL MICROWAVE OVEN TRADE USER

SAY GOODBYE TO AVOIDABLE MICROWAVE BREAKDOWNS WITH THE NEW PANASONIC CAVITY PROTECTION SYSTEM.

The new Panasonic Cavity Protection System™ is being launched at HOTELYMPIA 2010.

It is a cost effective, easy to clean, Cavity Protection System offering significant financial and operational advantages by helping to maintain a clean oven, which helps prevent costly damage and can assist in avoiding inconvenient downtime. At the heart of the new system is an ingeniously designed plastic liner which is easily removed, cleaned and replaced in the microwave, protecting the entire cavity from grease and food particles which - if left - can cause serious or even un-repairable damage to the oven.

In addition, the clever base design keeps over 50% of the food being cooked off the base thereby encouraging air circulation underneath the cooking dish, which helps to keep the container cool.

There are two designs of the Cavity Protection System which cater for both PANASONIC and SHARP medium to high powered compact microwaves. Maintenance couldn't be more straightforward: after each session simply wash the liner by hand in the pot was or non-caustic dishwasher.

With a realistic cost price, the Cavity Protection System can be offset against the cost of just one repair while in the longer term it can save hundreds of pounds on repairs and lost sales due to excessive down time, plus it could also help to extend the life of the microwave oven.
